Psychological Flourishing Among University Teachers

The concept of psychological flourishing is one the most important modern variables in positive psychology. These include feelings, mental integration, relationships, meaning life, and social performance are among signs high health, as it keeps individual away from disorders has a ability to survive with failures, pressures problems. And he understand himself, confidence his abilities possibility developing these capabilities according goals trying achieve. For purpose achieving objectives research, researcher followed descriptive approach because appropriate method between them order describe analyze phenomenon studied. research statistical population consists university teachers represented by (scientific – humanistic) which number (2532) for academic year (2021 2022). A sample (253) divided into nine colleges (arts, engineering, language, agriculture, law, politics, education, shaqlawa management economics). relied on collecting data following: Adopting scale (Ammar abdelamir al zawini, 2018) flourishing. results were follows: (university teachers) enjoys level both sexes (male female), those faculties, no difference variable gender faculties. correlation scientific title direct relationship.
